High Today 34C/96F.Now I know why Chicago's called the windy city. Had a hard time holding the motorcycle steady at a traffic light in downtown Chicago. Went by the White Sox Stadium and Soldier Field in downtown area and drove under the Chicago Stock Exchange.
Hit my first piece of Illinois Route 66 today and had chicken dinner at the famous White Fence Ranch in Romeoville, IL.
Too windy to try setting up a tent so staying at Motel 6 in Joliet, IL tonight.
